The neck is the most important part of the guitar! I hand select Maple, Walnut and Cherry for use in my designs. I look for straight, even grain that runs the length of the board. I set the profile at each end with rasps and use either a spokeshave or roundover bit to roughly shape the neck depending on the desired profile. After that there is alot of sanding to get the feel just right. I enjoy using both Ebony and Rosewood fretboards and use full length aluminum sanding blocks to set the radius and make the top perfectaly straight.
My goal is to provide musicians with one of a kind instruments that reflect their own character, dedication and love of music. If you would appreciate having a USA hand made guitar that catches your eye with its uniqueness, beauty and quality features every time you pick it up, please consider owning one of my creations.

Guitar building by hand
Great neck = Great guitar

Get ready for a level of quality and detail that can only be achieved by building one Guitar at a time entirely by hand. The combination of flawless construction, precise fit and meticulous set-up ensure a guitar that will shine beyond the rest.
Unique hardwood bodies define the tone, feel and character of Post Guitars. I select wood species that beautify the instrument and complement the neck with resonant tone. The body is shaped for optimal comfort and balance.
